Came over at 5pm the day before Thanksgiving. Quickly took care of the issue and were on their way.

John was prompt, let me know when he was on the way, and got my gas range and gas dryer hooked up, Now I am a happy camper, he was neat, quick and got it working. Thank you! The repairman was neat, nice, and diagnosed the problem on on my washer very quick. A part needed to be ordered, didn't take more then 4 days to come in. My dryer started acting up to in the process of my washer being broke. The repairman fixed the belt on the dryer that had fallen off and didn't even charge me for it! Very nice, and helpful company.

I called in the morning for repair on our Samsung dryer, and the service person was at our house that evening. He fixed it right then and there at a reasonable rate.
Quick response to a dishwasher repair request at a very reasonable price. Contacted their service coordinator on a Friday evening after the business had closed and left message with them. Received a callback early the next morning from Moonglow, who helped set an appt. time for that same morning. John, the technician came out and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue.
Let me say, this was hands down some of the best service I have ever received, I know not all situations are the the same, but from the initial phone call to completion of work, they were very professional, worked with "my schedule" and completed the job in 1 day, parts were on the truck and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to all, even recommended it to my work the following day for an appliance problem there.

I spoke with John on the phone for an issue with my dishwasher not draining. Rather then schedule an appointment and come out and look at it and charge me a fee, he took the time to trouble shoot the problem, asking me a few questions over the phone that allowed me to fix the problem myself. What great customer service and you can bet the next time I have any sort of issue in my house, Moonglow will be the first place I call. Its nice to know that there are still good, honest people out there. Thanks again.

Both our washer and dryer quit working. Lance came out the next morning, on time and did the repair in a short time on the dryer. He told us it was not economically feasible to repair the washer and was polite and professional. Very satisfied customer
Had to have my LG front load washing machine repaired due to water leaking out of the front. Called Moonglow Appliance Repair the lady who answers the phone very helpful and nice. John the owner came out to my house determined what was wrong gave me a written estimate. Ordered the parts that were needed repair was made in a few days once I was available again parts arrived very quickly. Both John and Greg very helpful very nice guys got my appliance repaired quickly at a fair price.

Dishwasher issue - I called 2 places. The first place wouldn't even give me an estimate based upon my description I gave. So, I called Moonglow Appliance Repair.... Initially talked to the front desk person. She was very nice and got me in touch with John (the owner?) Anyways... Spoke to him about the issue at hand and basically told me it was an easy fix and explained how to get it taken care of over the phone! Which by the way.. WORKED like a charm. He mentioned on the call that he could send someone out to do it but he'd have to charge, but said he thinks its a simple fix that we can do ourselves. He went out of his way to explain how to fix it!! So grateful and helpful!! Didn't have to pay a dime. Where as the other company couldn't even give me an estimate over the phone. I will definitely be keeping this companies phone number and information for any future issues! THANK YOU JOHN!
My experience with Moonglow was excellent (what a nice surprise). I called in the morning on my day off and by early evening my washing machine was working again and better than it had in several years. John S., the technician, was highly professional and easy to work with. I sincerely recommend Moonglow for appliance repair.
Yesterday, Sunday, my refrigerator leaked all over the kitchen floor. I called them Monday morning and there were out the same day by 3 pm and not its all fixed. Very pleasant, very informative and gave a few options which I really appreciated. They didn't just go for the most expensive way to fix it. Would highly recommend and I will be calling on them again.
I called before they opened, gave information to the answering service. Moonglow called me before 9:00AM. The technician was at our home within an hour. Our washer was repaired at a reasonable price by 11:00. As you can see, we are quite pleased with their service .

this Is the first time I have used Moonglow Appliance Repair. Every person I had contact with was knowledgeable and courteous. I was promised service between 2-5pm. The tech given my order called to say he was running late. Approximately one hour later another tech called to say he was taking over for the original tech. He was at my house within five minutes.
Within an hour, the washing machine was up and running. It was extremely important that the machine worked. We have had a death in the family with the funeral scheduled this week. I am having relatives from around the country staying with us. I need the washer more than normally.
Thank you everyone at Moonglow. It was the first time I called Whereas I hope I don’t need to call for another repair anytime soon, when I do, I know the experience will be as positive as today was. I will be calling Moonglow.

Always frustrating when you have to spend money to get appliances fixed but Moonglow Appliance makes the process bearable. This was my second experience with this company and each time they were very friendly on the phone and in person. I was able to get an appointment that worked with my schedule. They offer text reminder and the text saying my technician is on his way.
I will use them again and I have already referred friends too.

My washer finally gave out on a Sunday. Called their number and was pleasantly surprised when it was answered by a live human being who took my information and passed it on. I received a callback promptly Monday morning and requested a Tuesday appointment, which they were able to accommodate. The service technician, Lance, arrived timely within the window they quoted me. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Great company to deal with. Providing good customer service seems to be a priority with Moonglow Appliance Repair. I highly recommend them.
Came out next day and diagnosed our washer problem, it was as expected, less expensive to buy a new one than repair the old one (which wasn't that old). Thank you for your quick response and honesty.

Lance did an amazing job!! My dryer in the last 4 years never worked this good!! They were fast and efficient at fixing it. Part had to be ordered but still came pretty fast. I would call again for sure!!
